About the Inspectors:
The local family owned operator of Guaranteed Property and Mold Inspections, Inc., has been providing home, mold, radon, EMF, energy conservation audits and other environmental inspections and testing for 17 years in California.
We performed over 7,000 mold investigations, environmental indoor air sampling, home inspections, radon tests, thermal imaging, EMF consultation and energy saving audits. We are nationally certified, experienced, and fully insured to meet all of your inspection needs.
